Grant Thornton have published an excellent series of short pdf guidelines on the subject of Executive Recruitment. They are written for the Thai job market and provide good advice for cv/resume and cover letter preparation.

Over at Applicant.com there is a useful list of seven Slideshare presentations for job seekers. One I liked in particular was Effective Job Interviewing From Both Sides of the Desk by Andy Lester.

I’ve found that in Thailand, graduates and job-seekers with only a few years experience are often unprepared for interviews because they have not considered how they will respond to the most common interview questions. This slideshow is a good primer for some of these questions and the level of preparation necessary to impress in an interview.
